If you decide that Optimum Trim is not for you, you have 25 days from the shipping date, as printed on your invoice, to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Return(s) must reach our Receiving Department within 30 days of your RMA# issue date. By doing so you will not be billed for or receive future products.
