This little piece of equipment that looks like a small wheel from a kids tricycle, will do more for building abs then probably any other “ab” equipment out there, including ones costing thousands of dollars. And it only costs of few bucks!
The reason why you don’t see a whole lot of people using it, is because it’s difficult to do. Here’s a way where you can use it immediately.
Start with both knees on the floor. Grasp the ab wheel with both hands and slowly roll forward. Roll as far as possible then reverse and come back to the starting position. If you can’t fully extend your arms at first, that’s ok. Just go as far as you can. Eventually you’ll be able to fully extend your arms. Once you can do this for approximately 10 reps, it’s time to see if you can get off your knees and do a roll on your two feet.
If you can do a few reps this way, you are truly on you way to that “six pack”.
But in order to see that “six pack”, you’ll need to lose that fat around your waist.
